This guarantee covers all parts of an entire kit or single Laser Peg pieces.

Once we review the issues with the defective parts we will replace the parts and send you a tracking number of the replacement items.
We apologize if any of the product was defective. Each day we work toward improving the entire product and growing the product line.

If you are having issues with the Laser Pegs please read below:

1. If Laser Peg cord is not working it's either the cord or the power base that is defective. Try using both ends of cord. If either end does not light up its most likely the triangle power base that is defective please email and we will send out one ASAP.

2. If Laser Pegs do not light up inside triangle power base it's because batteries are installed wrong or power base is defective.

3. If a Laser Peg does not light up and it's connected to one that is then it's a defective peg. Email us and we will replace it for you.

4. Triangle power base is the heart of the Laser Pegs product therefore always try a new power base if you are not receiving desired results however please note:
 

WARNING:

One Laser Peg draws current from the batteries however two pegs draw double the current and three pegs draw even more therefore the more Laser Pegs you use the quicker the batteries will fail! As the power begins to weaken the current will slowly begin to fail... and some Laser Pegs will illuminate
(the easiest ones like the reds, yellows) and some won't thus you have two simple options...

1. Plug the power base into the wall and USE AC CURRENT! use a 4.5volt adapter 
2. Change the batteries. Using quality batteries will last a little longer but they will still go bad the more laser pegs you connect!

The Laser Pegs are not broken they just need stronger batteries or an AC adapter connected to the power base!

Other facts about the Laser Pegs Product:

1. If I plug power base unit into ac adapter an run 100 pegs on power base can I connect another power base to it and another ac adapter and run another 100 Laser Pegs on that base?

Yes, however everything has its limit, the Laser Pegs have a transistor inside the power base to regulate the power between DC in, and battery power, this transistor
Is good for 2A, and the adaptor we use is only 1.5A, so if we don’t overdrive the adaptor, it is OK, when people putting more than 100 pcs. of
Laser Pegs, the overdriven current may burn the resistor , so the power base will short.

We cannot do something beyond the limited criteria due to ASTM rules and regulations, the Laser Pegs can be connected endless, but the current cannot be endless in a series,

The way to light up more pegs is by way of adding adaptors thru the power base and connected by peg cord, then the current will not overdrive ,
No harm to the adaptor and the power base., please refer to below photo.

 

2. What will happen if I overload the power base with Laser Pegs? This means if I add more than the number of max allowed to any power base!

3. How long will the triangle power base last with 10 Laser Pegs connected to it running off new alkaline batteries?

Over 8 hours!

4. How can I tell when it's time to change the batteries when I use the Laser Pegs?

6. How many sets can I combine together? What will happen if I combine 10 sets together and plug all power bases in the wall using ac adapters?

BY THEORY, IT IS 100,000 hours, no one has patient to test 12 years when LED'S will burnt OUT. EVEN SO--- one year IS STILL 8760 hours non stop.

YES you can, only the plug size is not the same and they may flickering, as not a very tight connection also may void warranty and damage product!!!!

9. Will Laser Pegs shock me if I have one and it cracks open lit up connected to ac adapter?

10. Can a connector on a Laser Peg part or power base quit working?

13. Will Laser Pegs catch on fire?
