4 Creative Ways to Play with Laser Pegs
4 Creative Ways to Play with Laser Pegs
Every Laser Peg kit comes with multiple build options, but if you use your imagination the options are limitless. Why not start a family build night? Everyone can build something of their own, or they can all help to build something big together. However you choose to play, here are four ideas to get you started.
Build a Race Track
You’ll want to clear a good amount of space for this, on either a table or the floor. First, get all your bricks together. Use the bricks the build the walls around the race track, leaving the table or floor surface to be the roadway. You can make it as big as you want. Use as many bricks as possible, and then get out the cars and speed around!
Build a Dollhouse
The first thing that you’ll want to do is decide who the house will be for. Get a few dolls, or action figures, or whatever toys that need a good home. Grab your bricks and get to it. It doesn’t have to be big or elaborate-unless you want it to be. Sometimes a simple outline of a house is quick and fun. Don’t forget to build some furniture too!
Create Costumes
Are you ready for some really silly fun? Divide up the bricks amongst all those playing, and try to build something that you each can wear. Hats and glasses are a great start, but silly noses, jewelry or antlers are good ideas too. Be creative, have fun, and most of all be silly.
Design a Night Light
This is what makes Laser Pegs so special-hey light up! Design something fun and functional by helping your child create a night light for their room. They’ll love the time spent together, and appreciate something they made themselves. Keep it up for a few weeks and then build something new. Stay tuned for more creative play ideas and sweet dreams until then.
