When we receive the super truck box, one piece to fix wheel was missing.
I ask to the customer service if that possible to receive a new one.
US customer ask to the french customer service to send me a new one
after one week without answer I write again to the US customer service and one week later we receive a new piece…merci for your help and guest experience

My son love your products.
We recently had the 4 in 1 Super Truck for him but we were missing a wheel.
I contacted Laser Pegs support and they quickly replied and promptly not only sent me the needed replacement parts but also sent some parts for my kit that had since been made more durable since the release of my kit.
Now that is the kind of customer service that inspires brand loyalty for me.
My son and I are now seeing what other kits we can build together from Laser Pegs.
